Unseizing my omc 140.

Power everywhere. PO did some work. Lightly used new plugs so I know it ran but has been sitting. PB Blasted the cylinders. Starter solonoid clicks. No accessible crank bolt. If I can get it to turn over I'll make it run- other wise pass it on. Boat & trailer were free but I'm a complete noob. Gauges, simp, blower all work but can't find the switch to lower the stern drive. Help!

What year are we dealing with? They made the 140 from about 1972 and later. So, electric shift, mechanical shift & Cobra.

Remove the drive and see if it turns.
