    Yes it’s a Mercury prop, 0A1912X 17 p quicksilver diamond this stamped is on the prop.

    I assume your "1999" motor is a V-6 2 stroke? If yes, then it is the 4 3/4" gearcase & uses the same props & hardware as a Mercruiser...
