    Emergency stop circuit

    2004 BF150, Engine starts and runs with or without the "Dead Man" clip in place. While trouble shooting found a broken wire (blk /w red trace) on the ignition switch, part of the grounding system and indicator light. Could not repair so replaced the ignition switch, did not solve the problem...

    had a similar problem on 2004 bf150. Pumped the bulb it got rock hard but no start. Opened the drain line on VST no gas. The float needle was stuck closed. changed. the needle valve problem solved.

    PGM indicator Panel not lighting

    Problem solved had throttle and shift cables replaced, there was no dummy/terminator in what I think is a connector for digital gauges, harness was plugged in there, switched connector to correct plug and all is well. Didn't have a terminator for other plug so I taped it up securely.

    I have twin BF150, the PGM indicator panel does not light up on the stud engine when I turn the key on.Port engine is ok. Switched indicator panel with working unit and it lights up. No 12v at the connector on stbd engine. Where to start looking??? Greg

    Changing plugs on 04 BF150 removing coil on #2 the rubber seal came off and remains on plug. can't get it out. Do I need to remove cover? how does the sleeve come out of cal head? Thanx Greg

    When hooked up to hose at flush line pee hole drips and have heavy flow out the prop hub. Ran engine at dock for about 20 minutes at 2000rpm with no problem. System operated normally last season but pee was a little weak at idle. Preseason did the following New water pump (complete)...
