    I picked up a 2005 225 and am having some issues with the Tilt/Trim. 1st issue I have is that whenever the key is on the tilt/trim motor spins. When I got the engine the shop that pulled it off had just cut the wiring harness inside the engine compartment I spliced each of those wires...

    Removing Tilt/Trim Assembly from 2006 225

    Just picked up a 2006 225. Previous Owner said the tilt/trim was leaking. Not sure if it is related to his reported issue but when I got everything hooked up as soon as I turned the key to the on position the Tilt/Trim motor starts spinning and does not stop until I turn the key off or unplug...

    Extra connection on Fuel/Water Separator on 225

    I just picked up a 2006 225. I hooked up fuel and primed it and heard leaking in the engine I found the fuel water separator and it has a connection on the bottom that does not go to anything. I looked at all the parts diagrams I can find and none have a separator like this. Anyone see this...
