    What are those numbers?

    For my Yamaha 30DEO 6J8 L 455099 G (=1988) the lower end casing should be 6J8-45300-14-EK (I think). I've found one casing numbered 6J8-45300-10-EK. What are those extra "14-EK" and "10-EK"?

    Yamaha pulling outboard bearing carrier

    This YouTube video shows how to pull the bearing carrier. One thing that isn't shown is that, as I believe, the gear selector has to be removed first. Am I right here or not? If the gear selector needs to be removed first, what do I do if it is, as in my case, stuck and can't be moved?
